Can I receive therapy if I live in another state?

  

I am  able to provide teletherapy to clients in the following states:

Do you take insurance and what are acceptable payment methods?

  

We do not accept insurance. You may be eligible for out of network reimbursement; please consult with your insurance plan in order to determine if they will reimburse you for services provided if you submit a receipt. Cash, check, and credit cards are acceptable payment methods.

How long does therapy typically take?

The length of therapy varies depending on your specific needs and goals. Some clients find relief within a few sessions, while others benefit from longer-term support to address deeper concerns.

What can I expect during the first session?

The first session focuses on understanding your concerns, goals, and background. It's an opportunity for us to discuss how therapy works and ensure you feel comfortable moving forward.

Are sessions confidential?

Yes, your privacy is a top priority. All sessions are confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law, such as when there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
