Our individual therapy sessions are designed to help clients navigate a wide range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues. We utilize evidence-based treatments to help clients build resiliency, develop healthy coping skills, and achieve their goals.
Our couples therapy sessions help partners deepen their connection, improve communication, and resolve conflicts. We work with couples to identify patterns of behavior that may be causing distress and provide tools to help them build a stronger, healthier relationship.
I unfortunately, do not own a magic wand; however, I am able to help you by teaching you tools to cope with your situation. Many individuals use me as their jigsaw puzzle organizer. Have you ever tried to put a puzzle together without the box showing you the photo of the end result? Almost, impossible. Let me serve as your picture…together we will arrange your puzzle pieces until your “ah ha” moment arrives…when the picture comes to light for you and all of the pieces seem to fit.
